ÜBER MICH UND MEINEN KURS

It is a 2 hour workshop and it takes you from Bean to Bar

Starting with a little general chocolate knowledge to help you understand more about where chocolate is from, how it is made and which ingredients to look out for. We will taste a variety of chocolate components and switch on our chocolate tasting tastebuds. Next we will make raw chocolate using just three simple ingredients. The raw chocolate will be transformed by you, into beautifully decorated chocolate discs. We will then move on to two ingredient chocolate truffles which we will roll, dip and decorate.

Some of our cocoa will then be used to make energy balls before we wrap finish up with the most delicious raw nutella.

All the materials will be provided and the workshop is vegan but is not suitable for those with a nut allergy.


Please could all those attending bring a box and a jar to transport their goodies home. xx see you!
