With this heart opening yoga sequence we will slowly work our way into Fish Pose (Matsyasana). Fish Pose stretches the front of your body, opens through the chest, heart space, neck and upper back and engages parts of the body that are often neglected.


Yoga Props: you will need your yoga mat, a blanket, a small towel and two yoga blocks
