In this yoga class we will work our way into an energizing backbend known as Camel Pose (Ustrasana). A practice where we will open the shoulders, expose the chest and stretch the front of the thighs.


Yoga Props: you will need your yoga mat, a blanket, a strap and two yoga blocks
