In this yin practice we want to balance out habitual patterns of posture and muscle tension. You can expect stretches for the neck, chest openers and postures to release tension all around the hips, especially the front of the hips.


Yoga Props: you will need your yoga mat, a blanket, a strap and two yoga blocks
