An effective low impact full body workout with stretch elements that provides a balance of toning and sculpting while stretching out tense muscles. A workout that will built strength and decreases stress through lounge flow music and smooth movements.
We usually work with our proper body weight and add some props like balls, light weights or elastic bands and a chair (for the barre). Modifications are provided throughout the workout. So are alternatives if you do not have the props at home. This is a workout for everybody. Level 1-2, for beginners and medium advanced.
