CORE 3D is a functional back training that focuses on strengthening the core of the body. We combine different spinal exercises in oder to set different training priorities.
You will address all directions of movement of the spine. You move smoothly from one movement to the next. I will lead you trough a flow that will benefit your core & back. The concept CORE 3D couldn't be more effective and modern!
