Reform(er-less) – Reformer on the Mat
In our Reform(er-less) class, we bring Reformer exercises to the mat, combining them with classical mat Pilates movements. This unique approach allows you to experience the benefits of Reformer-style training without the machine, using controlled movements to build strength, improve mobility, and enhance posture.
Suitable for intermediate practitioners – This class is designed for those with a foundational Pilates practice, offering dynamic progressions and challenges to enhance strength, control, and technique.
Holistic & dynamic training – Experience a full-body workout that improves stability, flexibility, and body awareness by translating Reformer exercises onto the mat.
Class language: The class is taught in German, but English speakers are very welcome. The language can be adjusted upon request.
