Focused core and back training in Frankfurt.


This class combines functional core work, back-focused strength exercises and elements inspired by back training and spinal mobility, helping you feel stronger, more supported and more balanced in everyday life.

You’ll train with purpose and precision. Activating deep stabilising muscles, improving posture and developing lasting body awareness.

What to expect:
  • Functional core and back-focused strength training
  • Bodyweight-based movements, supported by light equipment (e.g. free weights, yoga block)
  • Clear instruction, individual coaching and scalable progressions for all fitness levels
  • Mobility work to support spinal and hip flexibility

Functional Abs & Back ist ein gezieltes Rücken- und Core-Training in kleinen Gruppen. Der Kurs kombiniert funktionelle Kräftigungsübungen für Bauch und Rücken mit stabilisierenden Elementen, um Haltung, Körpergefühl und Alltagstauglichkeit zu verbessern. Für alle Level geeignet – ideal als aktiver Reset in der Mitte der Woche.

Sprache: Die Stunde findet auf Deutsch & Englisch statt – flexibel je nach Gruppe und Bedarf.

Free drinks and snacks are available before and after class – including fresh cucumber water, tea, coffee with oat milk, and oat bars. You can bring your own towel and mat, otherwise I’ll be happy to provide a premium-quality mat and towel. Please note: there are no shower facilities at the studio. If you require a shower, contact me in advance. The studio opens 15 minutes before class and closes 20 minutes after class. To keep the flow of the class smooth, please arrive at least 5 minutes before the start time. The door will be locked once the class begins, and late arrivals cannot be admitted. The bell is labeled “MK Personal Training.” The class is on the 3rd floor, first door on the left.
