It's essential to take time for self-care and find moments of tranquility. Doing nothing isn’t being lazy. Join me in a breathwork Workshop focused on releasing stress and tension, and releasing the blockages why you don’t allow yourself to slow down.
The Workshop will consist of:
* A short summary of the Breathwork, the safety aspects of the Journey.
* 5 min. conscious breathwork session that you can take home with you to practice
* 1-1,25 Hour breathwork Journey
* Journalling
* Time to share if it resonates
