ENGLISH mindful body session, soundbath & tea
MINDFUL BODY is a music-driven, holistic body & mind workout experience. It is a safe space to be, feel and fully surrender into what is. It combines the positive aspects of yoga such as balance and flexibility with strength and meditation. Intensive cardio, breath practices and meditation give you the feeling of relief and refreshment.
For a perfect relaxing ending Olivia is gonna guide you through a sweet Soundbath session followed by a delicious, warm tea.
