LOCATION: You'll find the studio just past the White Gate Tattoo Studio, next to the Female Cycling Force Clubhouse.
Get a little (or a lot) sweaty in this full body Pilates-inspired session, all while increasing your strength, working on stability and having FUN. This 45-minute mat-class is inspired by classic pilates, with a modern twist. That means we will use your body weight and movement to strengthen those deep muscles that work so hard to support the rest of your body, every day.
Please bring:
- Your mat
- A water bottle
- A towel
No experience is needed as modifications are available; some experience with mat-based fitness is recommended. Please let me know in advance if you have any injuries.
