Hi, my name is Beam, and I look forward to meeting you.


Take this time to let go, unwind, and truly be present in the moment.


In this 75-minute evening class, we will practice a gentle vinyasa flow designed to help you relax and unwind from the day. Through slow and mindful movements, you can cultivate a connection between your body and mind, inviting inner peace and tranquility. We will stay in each pose for several breaths, with a strong focus on connecting breath to movement. Practicing in a small group allows for personalized attention throughout the session.


This class also includes a pranayama practice, a short meditation, and a restful shavasana with optional hands-on assists.


All levels are welcome as I will offer variations of poses for you to explore.

The class is in English. The yoga studio provides yoga mats, blocks, and other props that you are welcome to use. Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class starts so that we can have a relaxed arrival and start on time. This class takes place at (T)raum in Amalienstr. 65. The studio is located on the first floor. Once at the main door, you would have to press and hold the doorbell until there is a sound and the main door opens automatically. Walk up to the first floor and you will find the studio. For EGYM Wellpass members, please note that a late cancellation/no-show fee of € 12 applies for classes not canceled at least 24 hours ahead of the scheduled time.
