Enjoy this balancing flow as we explore the yin and yang energies present within us and the world around us.
In this 75-minute class, we will first practice a dynamic vinyasa flow to experience the yang elements of yoga and to create a steady foundation within. Feel the fresh and revitalizing energy through strong and grounding poses. In the latter half of the class, we will transition mindfully to explore our yin energy, the soft and receptive side present within through restorative and soothing poses. Allow yourself to embrace both qualities within you and leave the class with renewed balance, calmness and peace. Practicing in a small group allows for personalized attention throughout the session.
This class also offers pranayama practice, short meditation and a restful shavasana with optional assists.
All levels are welcome as there will be variations of poses given for you to explore.
