Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative practice where floor-based postures are held for several minutes at a time. Rather than focusing on muscle effort and movement, Yin works deeply into the body’s connective tissues—fascia, ligaments, joints, and even the energetic pathways known as meridians. This gentle yet powerful practice helps increase circulation, improve mobility, and nourish the bones and joints, while giving the mind space to settle and recharge.

In this grounding class, we weave together yin yoga shapes, mantra, and subtle vibration of the harmonium to soothe the nervous system, release tension, and invite a profound sense of presence. Drawing inspiration from the elements of Traditional Chinese Medicine, each session becomes an exploration of balance—supporting body, breath, and spirit to come home to themselves.
