We now stand at an earthly and planetary
turning point as we enter Autumn’s season and move towards the end of 2020. A sacred
time to celebrate Autumn Equinox, the changing of the seasons when day &
night are the same length. It’s a time to enjoy the harvest and fruits of our
work this year so far and a wonderful chance for your further personal growth! This change provides us with a sacred pause
to prepare ourselves for the season ahead. As the days shorten we naturally
tend to turn inward, to retreat and we are intuitively guided to create balance
within ourselves. I invite you to join me to honour this beautiful
transition into a new chapter, a new season, a new path on an individual as
well as collective level.
Let’s honour the cycles of divine nature
and our own. Let’s take time to go within, balance
ourselves and step into the vast silence to tap into contemplation and
gratitude. Let’s find deep surrender within our
hearts, letting go of all that no longer serves us and inviting the unknown in absolute
trust.

Getting ready
for the ceremony: please eat a light breakfast beforehand and avoid
dairy products as well as caffeine and alcohol. Cacao can do its magic
best when hydrated so please make sure to drink some water prior. Cacao
is not recommended for pregnant women or people who are taking heart
medication/ anti-depressants. If so, you are welcome to join the
ceremony without cacao or have a smaller serving. If you’d like to bring
a crystal or any other sacred object to have with you or place on the
altar, please do :)
