Join our weekly practice to nurture the connection between body, mind, and soul. Characterized by slow, intentional movements, this class blends the fluidity of vinyasa with the grounding elements of hatha. We will move mindfully through each asana, allowing time to explore the space between poses. Each movement is guided by the breath, cultivating presence and inner balance.
Our session begins with a grounding meditation and a calming pranayama practice, setting the tone for a mindful flow. We will end with a restorative shavasana, with optional hands-on assists for added relaxation.
All levels are welcome as I will offer variations of poses for you to explore.
