Update on 05/12/21: Outdoor Option when when weather permits! We are now able to practice together again outdoors according to BayMBl. 2021 No. 309, 'no special legal regulations exist regarding the size of the group and shall be adapted to the site-specific conditions' and accordingly with our protection and hygiene concept.
Online admission will also always be available, but once we hit our live session limit, the live class option will no longer be available. Location will be in English Garden near Friedensengel, and the exact practice area and online link will be provided at least 15 minutes before class-time!


LYLA Soul Yoga x Flow with Jodie



For those who are ready to move past crow pose, this is the flow for you! During the class, we'll learn drills and techniques to fly in Side-Crow, Koundinyasana A&B, Firefly, Flying Pigeon and more. Jodie will lead you in this intelligent vinyasa flow to strengthen and open the focal points of the body and learn the fundamental shapes needed to take flight.

All with detailed breakdowns of each pose and the steps to master them. There will be playtime for transitioning in and out of these poses and helpful tips on how props can advance these in your practice. Spread your wings and take flight in this fun, informative and challenging workshop and see how far you can fly!

All Levels with Knowledge of Basic Yoga and Pre-requisite of Crow Pose is requested. Please let us know if you have any questions and we hope to see you there. 

For in-person classes, events or workshops: FFP2 mask, water and yoga mat. In addition to any additional props like blocks if preferred. If you don't own a mat, please email us and we will provide. 

Jodie Roberts is a Yoga Teacher from the UK, now based in Munich since 2017. Earlier, she spent 10 years living in Thailand, Australia and Bali. Jodie's love for water allows her to include these fluid movements in the foundation of her yoga practice. Her style helps to show people the beauty of these worlds, both on the waves and on the mat. In her practice, she teaches how to be soft yet strong, playful as well as calm, and feel the connection between every single movement. Like rivers, we all flow to the same sea. Jodie loves sharing the joy that practicing yoga brings, enabling us all to flow to our own path to happiness.

FAQs

Do I need previous knowledge in yoga?
- No! All beginners are welcome! The class will be taught in English for All Levels, so you can take it as little or advanced as you'd like.

What's the refund policy?
- Please cancel or change your booking via your Booking Confirmation Email at least 6 hours beforehand.

Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?
- Yes! Feel free to spread the love and share the link or gift to others.


General safety and hygiene rules?
a) Exclusion from training and competition operations and denial of access to the sports facility including the spectator area for:
- Persons with proven SARS-CoV-2 infection,
- Persons with contact to COVID-19-cases in the last 14 days, for exceptions please refer to the currently valid infection control regulations for exceptions (2 weeks after fully vaccinated and people with proven, survived SARS-CoV-2 infection),
- Persons who are subject to quarantine measures,
- persons with unspecific general symptoms and respiratory symptoms
of any severity (such as dyspnea, cough, rhinitis) or symptoms specific to infection with
SARS-CoV-2 specific symptoms (loss of sense of smell or taste).
b) The minimum distance requirement of 1.5 m shall be observed in indoor and outdoor sports facilities.
c) An FFP2 mask must be worn at all times, except when practicing sports or ie, when showering, drinking.
d) Participation only with prior registration for tracing purposes.
