WE WILL WORK ON BOTH OUR PASSIVE AND ACTIVE FLEXIBILITY FOCUSING ON SHOULDERS, UPPER BACK, LOWER BACK AND LEG FLEXIBILITY.
STEP BY STEP YOU WILL WORK YOUR WAY UP TO GETTING INTO THE NEEDLE SCALE POSITION AND HOLDING YOUR BALANCE THERE.
