LYLA Soul Yoga x Utopia  

Hello beautiful yogis! Our last Yoga and Market Event had such amazing feedback, we are excited to announce our second yoga and mini Market again at the beautiful and spacious 'Utopia - A Happening Place' on 29.11! Again, with enough safe space for all the free movement a yogi you could ask for! Hooray!

The event will begin with a 75 minute Vinyasa Flow, "The Most Delicious Flow" by Sinah Diepold, accompanied with live DJ music by LYLA from Los Angeles. The combination of Yoga Flow and Music provides you with a complete setup that will move and groove you through a dynamic sequence, in which you will lose yourself and let go as we flow as one!

Following the class, pop-up stands including Wagners Juicery, Yoga Hero, Yoga Crafts, and IDO Juices with special discounts will be set up to browse, shop, try and eat! What better way to end our Yoga session than coming together and supporting our local small businesses with some mindful shopping and awareness?! About the Players:

Sinah’s love for yoga came unexpectedly and through detours but quickly it became her philosophy in all aspects of life. 

Her yoga style is fluid and inspired by her background as a contemporary dancer. It follows the ripples and waves of the breath and invites you to follow our own intuition and trust and reawaken the intelligence of your body. All while honoring the alignment and precision of a safe practice for a strong and flexible body as a home for a strong and flexible mind.

„The Most Delicious Flow“ contains the three relationships in life we have to take care of, the relationship with oneself, the relationship with other beings and our relationship with the planet. Through an intense and fluid practice we can reunite body and mind and see reality as it is detached from self created dogma and illusion. Then we can lift the veil layer-by-layer and see our true and pure self. Escaping self destroying habits and taking responsibility for our actions, thoughts and feelings, in turn helps leads to ultimate freedom and love.

Ly Nguyen (LYLA) is a DJ located in Munich, Germany, from Los Angeles, California, specializing in deephouse, indie-electronic, disco lounge, and hip-hop in any setting. In 2014, LYLA also received her yoga teaching certification in Rishikesh, India. Since then, LYLA has combined music and yoga by performing at numerous yoga Events and Festivals, organizing LYLA Soul Yoga Events and teaching in different studios around Munich. LYLA's high energy and ability to mix genres in an open-format appeals to the crowds, whether it's partying the night away or Surya Namaste-ing into the early morning.

FAQs

-What are the measurements taken against Corona?

All participants are to wear their face mask when not on the mat, mats markers will be spaced with safety 1.5 meter measures, hand washing / sanitizing, avoid queuing for check in or bathroom will be enforced, food and drinks to be professionally handled by vendors, location and sound equipment to be thoroughly checked, cleaned and disinfected, and cancellation of Event due to any change of regulation will be offered a full refund.

Corona regulations?

-Events in Munich are now allowed up to 100 people and we have enough space to practice safely! Please bring your own mat and face mask. Mats to be set up 1.5-2 meters apart and masks to be worn whenever you off the mat!

 Do I need previous knowledge in Soul Yoga?

-No! All beginners are welcome but you must be over 18 years of age to participate. The class will be taught in English for All Levels, so you can take it as little or advanced as you'd like.

What can/should I bring into the event?

-Please bring your mask, water, yoga mat, and your good vibes! If you don't own a yoga mat, no worries! Please email ly@djlyla.com.

What if it rains?

-The event will be covered, so rain or shine will be no problem! For extreme cases, Event will be re-scheduled or refunded.

What's the refund policy?

-All sales have 3 day refund policy and can be transferable to another customer or future Event if needed.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

-No, save trees! Please just have a screenshot of your ticket for entry.

Is my registration fee or ticket transferable?

-All tickets are transferable, however, please email the name change to ly@djlyla.com.

Cancellation or postponement due to certain circumstances?

-Please note, we reserve the right to cancel by the latest two days in advance if there are less than certain amount of participants and other unforeseen circumstances (i.e., weather, event space, teacher, caterer, etc). A refund or voucher will be offered for a future course. Thank you for your understanding!
