Hi Pilates Lovers,
We’re trying something new: LAGREE – Pilates. More intensity. More focus. More body tension. More balance.
We will flow through an intense pilates class, with a special extra add on: Lagree Mini Version - and you will feel your deep muscles even more after.
We’re challenging ourselves once again – and doing it together.
You will be free to fit your intense level by yourself - therefore i introduce you some varieties to slow your intensity down.
I will guide you all the time on the mat with your own lagree "heroboard" and i love it, if you call my name to help you with the exercises.
Important information:
- please bring your own towel and drinking bottle
- ideally no heavy food 2hours prior to the session
- if you are pregnant or you have physical issues please let me know before the class.
Feel free to drop by and feel your body for a guaranteed intense burn!
Please be on time (arrive about 5–10 minutes early). The door will be closed promptly.
Mats are partly available on site – but please feel free to bring your own mat, as well as a towel to place underneath.
I also recommend not eating anything (heavy) about 1–2 hours before the workout.
There’s a small changing area on site, but you’re also welcome to come already dressed in your workout clothes.
