This course will be held online.
You have the chance to adapt your own setting (choosing the location and optionally taking care of details such as light, scents, temperature..).
The course is thought for beginners and intermediates. The classes aim to explore strength and flexibility and to balance our sympathetic and parasympathetic system.
The classes will include some elements of Odaka trauma-informed yoga: more than in other yoga styles, you will have the chance and the freedom to take choices to customise your own practice.
