In Weekly Elemental Moves, we’ll explore the five elements of Chinese medicine—Earth, Water, Fire, Wood, and Metal—focusing on the associated
meridians and modern mobility practices.
Each session is designed to enhance your understanding of these elements and improve your body’s mobility while promoting overall well-being.
Join me every Wednesday morning for 60 minutes of mindful movement, breathing techniques, and mobility exercises
for each element, suitable for beginners and advanced participants alike.
