Course Overview

In Weekly Elemental Moves, we’ll explore the five elements of Chinese medicine—Earth, Water, Fire, Wood, and Metal—focusing on the associated 
meridians and modern mobility practices. 
Each session is designed to enhance your understanding of these elements and improve your body’s mobility while promoting overall well-being.

Join me every Wednesday morning for 60 minutes of mindful movement, breathing techniques, and mobility exercises 
for each element, suitable for beginners and advanced participants alike.

Mobility & Mindfulness: Modern mobility exercises paired with breathwork and relaxation techniques.

Week 2: Metal Element & Lung/Large Intestine Meridians

        Breath-focused movements to enhance lung capacity and clarity.

Week 3: Water Element & Kidney/Bladder Meridians

        Fluid movements for kidney health and relaxation.

Week 4: Fire Element & Heart/Small Intestine Meridians

        Heart-opening exercises to stimulate circulation and uplift your spirit.

Week 5: Wood Element & Liver/Gallbladder Meridians

        Dynamic movements to encourage flexibility and growth.
