You can join online from anywhere. Make sure you have a quiet, comfortable space where you won’t be disturbed for 30 minutes. A cushion on the floor is perfectly fine for sitting. You’re welcome to have a journal or some paper and a pen nearby to capture any insights or reflections. If you booked a multiple ticket, please sign in for every session and "pay" with that ticket.
