I offer a one-hour virtual vinyasa yoga flow in English. The class is for everyone and especially suitable for beginners and intermediate yoga practitioners who are generally active.
My classes are strengthening and stretching and include a short meditation at the end (Shavasana). You might sweat a bit, but of course you are always free to rest in child’s pose.
While beginners should be able to follow my flows easily due to detailed cueing and a rather slow pace, more advanced practitioners are challenged as I give a variety of more difficult options for them as well.
My students often mention that they feel calm and relaxed at the end of practice while also noting they got some exercise.
