Reiki is a Japanese healing practice that connects us with the universal life energy – a soft and loving energy that flows through all of us. While it’s often known as “the laying on of hands,” Reiki is also a way to hold space for yourself. Through self-practice and meditation, we are reminded: everything we need is already within.
In this Online Reiki Meditation Week, I’ll guide you through gentle evening sessions where you can reconnect with your body, your breath, and your energy – no experience needed. Whether you're completely new to Reiki or already familiar, you're invited just as you are.
Each session includes grounding practices, self-Reiki, and soft meditative guidance to soothe your nervous system and open space for inner stillness.
You don’t have to join live every evening – all sessions will be recorded and shared with you for replay, so you can move in your own rhythm.
