This 2 week ONLINE YIN YOGA course for back and hips is for you if you'd like to take precious time for yourself and prefer to practice cozy at home. 


Yin Yoga is focusing on the fascia. It is a very calm style of Yoga and takes place seated or lying. We stay in the poses for 1-3 minutes. While muscles can relax the deeper tissue layers will be stimulted. Like this tension can be released. Sometimes even blocks and foreshortening. Yin Yoga is known for its calming effects on our nervous system and reducing stress.


This class is suitable for every women and can be adapted to your personal needs and physical restrictions. We will learn the basic principles and various poses of Yin Yoga in a small circle of women.  


It´s cozy time: Come in warm and cozy clothes. Please do not forget your warm socks.
