After a year full of Yang energy - festivals, weddings, work, travel, party - it's time to take the awareness within ourselves again!
In this 5 week Yin Yoga course we focus each week on one of the 5 Elements from Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). We allow ourselves the time to step back, slow down, process the past 10 months (or even 2,5 years:) and just BE! We don't always have to give 110% - 60-70% is enough!!:)
