Our Yoga session will be a combination of flowing in vinyasa to work on your flexibility and holding asanas to work on physical and inner strength. It will be a combination of working on your willpower at times and letting go and surrendering at other times. The class will finish with a deep relaxation practise and a few breathing exercises to feel calm and refreshed.

Our Teacher - The Impossible Collaborator -Chinmayee

Chinmayee has been teaching yoga and mindfulness for a decade, conducting group classes and workshops in India and Germany. She comes in with an experience of teaching over 8000 hours of yoga. She has conducted Stress Management Workshops in Vodafone, Citibank, HSBC bank, HDFC bank and Amdocs, India.
