Support your local coworking gang! We are happy to announce our new collaboration with Mucbook Clubhaus at their creative Breakout space near Hauptbahnhof! This event will begin with a 75 minute sunset Vinyasa Flow class, led by Selen (Chasing Rivers), with an electronic DJ set by LYLA. With the Yoga led by Selenium and chill vibes by LYLA, this complete setup will move you step by step through a dynamic sequence. Be prepared to be fully immersed and lose yourself in this fluid combination of movements and music! 

Following the class, to quench your yoga thirst, we will have free wine and hangout! Please arrive 15 minutes prior to Event start time for timely check in. Thank you and hope to see you yogis there! ♥

About the Players:

• Mucbook Clubhaus - More room for creativity on three floors and 2,000 m² created BREAKOUT - the new temporary hotspot for Munich's creative scene directly at the main station.

  There is another MUCBOOK clubhouse: As part of a temporary use, the former bank branch at Bayerstraße 25 will become the co-creation space BREAKOUT from February to December 2020 - a central location for creative workers from the eleven sub-markets of the cultural and creative industries. It is operated by the MUCBOOK team, in cooperation with the cultural and creative industries competence team of the City of Munich. That means: cheap and central areas for freelancers, artists and startups, networking of actors from different creative areas and more visibility for the creative industry.

• Free Flow Yoga with Chasing Rivers (Selen) - A dynamically flowing vinyasa unit where breath, movement and music merge into one. Powerful, decelerated sequences, which lead down again and again into softness. Meditation in movement to get out of the head and back into feeling.

• LYLA is a DJ located in Munich, Germany, from Los Angeles, California, specializing in deephouse, indie-electronic, disco lounge, and hip-hop in any setting. In 2014, LYLA also received her yoga teaching certification in Rishikesh, India. Since then, LYLA has combined music and yoga by performing at numerous yoga events and festivals. LYLA's high energy and ability to mix genres in an open-format appeals to the crowds, whether it's partying the night away or Surya Namaste-ing into the early morning.

FAQs

What are the measurements taken against Corona?

-All participants are to wear their face mask when not on the mat, mats markers will be spaced with safety 1.5 meter measures, hand washing / sanitizing, avoid queuing for check in or bathroom will be enforced, food and drinks to be professionally handled by Vendors, location and sound equipment to be thoroughly checked, cleaned and disinfected, and cancellation of event due to any change of regulation will be offered a full refund.

Corona regulations?

-Events in Munich are now allowed up to 100 people and we have enough space to practice safely! Please bring your own mat and face mask. Mats to be set up 1.5-2 meters apart and masks to be worn whenever you off the mat!

Do I need previous knowledge in Soul Yoga?

-No! All beginners are welcome but you must be over 18 years of age to participate. The class will be taught in English for All Levels, so you can take it as little or advanced as you'd like.

What can / should I bring into the event?

-Please bring your mask, water, yoga mat, and your good vibes! If you don't own a yoga mat, no worries! Please email ly@djlyla.com.

What if it rains?

-The event will be covered, so rain or shine will be no problem! For extreme cases, the event will be re-scheduled or refunded.

What's the refund policy?

-All sales have 3 day refund policy and can be transferable to another customer or future event if needed.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

-No, save trees! Please just have a screenshot of your ticket for entry.

Is my registration fee or ticket transferable?

-All tickets are transferable, however, please email the name change to ly@djlyla.com.

Cancellation or postponement due to certain circumstances?

-Please note, we reserve the right to cancel by the latest two days in advance if there are less than certain amount of participants and other unforeseen circumstances (ie, weather, event space, teacher, caterer, etc). A refund or voucher will be offered for a future course. Thank you for your understanding!
