THE RESONANT BODY
a ritual of movement, voice and rest
For women who feel the call to tend to the dark and the deep –
to move with presence, to listen inward, and to meet life from a place of clarity and heart.
As the nights deepen and the light grows thin, we turn inward –
toward the pulse of our own sensing,
toward the quiet knowing that begins not in the mind, but in the body.
This gathering is an embodied passage –
from movement into stillness, from sound into silence, from expression into deep listening.
Through gentle, embodied movement, yoga asana, and somatic practices,
we open the pathways of perception – softening into gravity and our roots,
awakening trust and intuition, allowing movement to arise from within.
From there, we let the body speak. Voice emerges from the depths –
through vibration and resonance, we reconnect with layers once forgotten,
softening what was held, awakening what still waits to be felt.
Each tone becomes a thread – between inner and outer, silence and expression,
between what we know and what we are just beginning to hear.
We complete the journey in stillness
– a return to the ground of the body through restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra.
In this season of darkness as we gather and share in a circle of women and community,
we plant our seeds of awareness – subtle, unseen, yet already alive.
What to expect:
• Somatic awareness practices
• Embodied movement & yoga asana

Woven through it all is an immersive soundscape —
sometimes pulsing with rhythm, sometimes opening into silence,
sometimes carried only by the raw vibration of our voices.
Each moment held by sound that deepens, opens, and invites.
