This 10 class-package of pre-recorded 30-minute prenatal yoga sessions is grounded on hatha and vinyasa yoga, pelvic floor and prenatal anatomy and in alignment with hypnobirthing practices for birth preparation. Apt for all trimesters, but especially for women in the second or third trimester.

No prior knowledge of yoga is required

Each class goes through:

  • Key postures to ease common pregnancy discomforts (swelling, back & pelvic pain, exhaustion, etc.), relax you and to support you in preparing for your birthing experience.

Über mich

Hi there, great to have you here!

​My name is Melissa, and I'm a certified Hatha, Vinyasa and Holistic Pregnancy and Postpartum Yoga Instructor AND mom of a lovely boy, based in Munich, Germany.

​I first found Yoga in 2011 while visiting a class at my local fitness studio. It didn't take long before I fell in love with the practice. Firstly, because of the amazing physical effects it produced, but later because of the calmness and freedom I felt after every session. 

Since then, practicing and teaching yoga has become my passion.

What I love about teaching is being able to guide students into listening to their own bodies, to their intuition, and into finding those wonderful Zen moments in between and during postures.

I am also passionate about the amazing process that is pregnancy, birth and the unfolding process of becoming a mother. I consider the concept of community and women's gathering and support systems extremely important as an empowerment tool. Not just for pregnant women, but for all women, regardless of their stage in life.


​My mission is to empower you and help you relax and learn more about yourself and about what Yoga really is.

You can practice with me in English (sometimes also in Spanish) on and offline.

​​Yoga is an excellent tool to help you find balance, relax and get to know yourself, inside and out. I love being able to guide you through that process!
